Do disciples make good citizens? This is a live question today, in an age when the Christian may sometimes feel that to fit in to their society they are asked to leave their faith identity behind. But in this weeks text (Luke 20.19-26) Jesus lays down a principle that governs our whole lives as disciples… a positive encouragement to worship God with our whole selves, and also seek to make a distinct contribution to our city and nation.
