Deliver Us From Evil 

Have you ever had the sense that the evil in this world is too strong and prevalent to be from this world? Have you ever had the sense that evil has a mind, a will, a dark logic? This week we explore the final petition in the Lord’s Prayer- ‘deliver us from evil’. We consider Matthew’s descriptions of the evil one’s activities. We find a spirit being beyond this world, set on destroying us. Yet also a defeated enemy we can resist in the Name or our King Jesus.
