Today is Trinity Sunday. We worship God in Trinity: one God in three Persons- Father, Son and Spirit. In our message today from Romans 8 there are many references to God, in each of the three Persons- listen out for these.
Following our celebration last Sunday of Pentecost, when the Holy Spirit was shed abroad on the church, this mornings message focuses on how ‘the Spirit Himself testifies with our Spirit that we are God’s children’ (Romans 8.16). When we are living according to the law of the Spirit, we will be assured that ‘there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus’ (Romans 8.1).
